summary of the day
Hello friends,
How are you all ? I hope you all fit and fine and doing great things in your life. Let's come to explore one day of my life .
In the morning I woke up at 6 AM and after refreshing myself I goes on morning walk with my dog John. After returning from the walk I started my workout. After 30 minutes of workout I felt little bit tired so I stopped the workout and took the selfie.

After workout I took cold water shower and had breakfast. In breakfast I ate idli which help me to complete my carbs intake after workout. Idli is the popular Indian breakfast. Around 10 Am my office work is started. I am doing work from home which helps me to do lot of activities.
Lunch
Around 1:30 PM I did lunch. In lunch I ate roti with chole masala and also had salad with lemon rice. It was so heavy and tasty lunch. Normally I feel sleepy after eating the rice in afternoon so I watched the movie while working.
Evening walk
As I am little bit busy in office work I goes on evening walk on 8 PM. I saw the moon is looking so beautiful so I tried to capture its beauty in my mobile camera. After returning from the walk I watched cricket match on hotstar application. After that around 9 PM I had dinner and after that I read the Bhagwad Geeta. This is how I completed my workout challenge with Bhagwad Geeta reading .
