Summary of the day
Hello Happy Peoples,
I hope everyone is enjoying their life with great activities. Here I am coming with another day. I hope you all like it. Let's start to explore a day without wasting your time.
I woke up at 6 AM as per my daily schedule I brush my teeth and after washing my face I goes on morning walk with my dog. After coming from walk I did a home workout. In home workout I did 50 push ups and sit ups. Also did cardio exercise like High knee jump, Burpee. After the workout I took a selfie to record my progress.

After the workout I ate Poha in breakfast. I prefer to ate Kanda poha in breakfast. It taste good and also it is good source of carbs which helps me to heal my body from workout. After that I took a cold water bath. It gives me feelin g of refreshment and at 10 AM I started my office work.

At 1:30 PM I had my lunch. In lunch I ate dal rice with pickle. After the lunch I watched south Indian movie while working on new development. Around 5 PM I had one meeting and after that meeting I took break and goes on evening walk to refresh my mood after hectic meeting.

After returning from walk I did my prayers and after that I watched cricket match on holster. At 9 PM I had dinner and after that I watched some videos on YouTube. Around 11 PM I goes to the bed and sleep.
