How are you all? I hope everyone is doing great things. Let's explored the another day of my life without wasting your time.
I woke up 7 AM in the morning as this is Sunday I sleep little bit more. After refreshing myself I goes on morning walk with my dog John. In morning time we experienced a different level of freshness as cool breeze you feel everywhere.

After returning from walk I started my home workout. In home workout I did 90 sit ups and 60 pushups. Also did little bit cardio exercise. I did 30 minutes workout. This workout helps me to reduce my belly fat. I also saw I did small progress.

After workout I ate idli in breakfast. I took cold water shower it helps my body to heal from the workout also gives me refreshing feeling. As it is Sunday I spend my time by watching south Indian movies. South Indian movies are specially very good as it has emotion, action and comedy all things at same time.
Lunch
In afternoon at 1:30 PM I ate fry bitter gourd and Chana masala with rice. It was very tasty meal and after that I took a little nap. At 4 PM I had tea with biscuits. Around 6 PM I goes on evening walk with my dog John. After returning from walk I did prayers and after that we all family sit together and enjoyed the cricket match. Around 9 PM I had dinner and at 11 PM I goes to the bed and sleep. This is how I spend my day.
