This adorable girl has been an inspiration to me so many times. She is my girlfriend yet, she gives me the push in my daily life.
When I found her, I said to myself. This Angel must be cared for.
I was a student then. Schooling in the university of uyo. Earning 15,000 from my side hustle.

The first few years of Desire, I wasn’t having enough like a caring boyfriend should have. Though I have one thing- Massive love and desire to give her most that she needs partially, like her mate. What I promised myself is, I must give her the very best in which I tried. Still doing.
I enrolled her in cake baking whose fee was my 2 months salary. I told myself, if I can’t give her the best of foods to eat, the finest of clothes to wear, I will make her happy.

And though it wasn’t easy, My neighbor then was making jest of myself and her and would tell me why am I investing in her.
I stopped greeting the neighbor and sidelined him totally.
Infact that made me double my hustle. I struggled and strived. With the help of God, she was always making a way out.

You know, there was this end of the year party in her cake baking factory. When I heard it, I was like, “I don’t have money. Is it not rice they are going to serve?” Just to discourage paying. But then, it was a miracle all over.

We jumped 2 different bikes to grace the occasion.
When it was time for award. She got best out of 12 of them.
She ended up with 3 awards. It was an inspiration to give more to this girl. I told myself, I will give whatever it takes.
Do I need to say, we held our awards while we jumped bike again. But this time, it was with a smile. Desire’s name here and there.

I just want to keep this here on my blog so I can read in years after years and say to myself, I am really blessed to have my girls: My world and everything. And also, that she deserve the very best in life.

We don’t longer jumps bike you know 😃
