ORGANIZING VILLAGE COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE

Implementing Assistance to oversee village funds, the first assistance is carried out by the Minister. In this case, the minister in carrying out his daily tasks delegates to the echelon I work unit of the BPSDM and is coordinated by the echelon II work unit of the village community empowerment development center. Furthermore, assistance is carried out by professional assistants who are assisting the minister, provincial government, and district/lota regional governments in a series of empowerment and assistance activities for Village communities through assistance, organization, direction, and village facilitation.

Village Community Assistance by Professional Assistance Personnel (TPP) is carried out systematically and
tiered from the village level to the central level. Village community assistance by TPP includes:

• Local Village Facilitators (PLD) carry out assistance to Village communities with working areas in the Village;
• Village Facilitators (PD) carry out assistance to Village communities with work areas in the sub-district;
• Technical Assistants carry out assistance to Village communities with work areas in sub-districts;
• Regency/City Community Empowerment Experts (TAPM) carry out assistance to Village communities with working areas in districts/cities;
• Provincial Community Empowerment Experts (TAPM) carry out village community assistance by
  the working area in the province; and
• Central Community Empowerment Experts (TAPM) carry out village community assistance by
  working areas throughout Indonesia. and the last;
• Assistance by Village Community Empowerment Cadres (KPMD). Village Community Assistance carried out by KPMD is to assist the Minister, Provincial Government, and Regency/Municipal Government in carrying out Village Community Assistance tasks serves to assist Villages in growing and developing and mobilizing initiatives, participation, self-help, and mutual cooperation. KPMD comes from elements of the local village community, including health cadres, education cadres, technical cadres, human development cadres, women cadres, Family Welfare Empowerment cadres (PKK), cultural cadres, farmers cadres, fishermen cadres, and other existing and active categories of cadres. in the village. KPMD is selected in the Village Deliberation in accordance with the needs
  The village, and determined through a Village Head Decree with the working area in the village concerned.

The implementation of KPMD tasks may involve elements of the village community, namely traditional leaders, religious leaders, community leaders, and/or other community elements. The main tasks of the Village Community Empowerment Cadre (KPMD) are as follows;

1. Motivate and motivate the community to actively participate in Village Development activities;
2. Helping the community identify problems and convey needs in the Village Deliberation;
3. Help develop community capacity in dealing with problems and developing potential effectively;
4. Encourage and convince decision-makers to listen, consider and accommodate community needs; and
5. Assist community groups in gaining access to various services needed.

Thus, all central government policies will run in accordance with established regulations when all elements in the assistance are actively involved to encourage community participation in community empowerment development for the sake of an advanced and independent village.

The SDGs are a form of government intervention to realize the ideals of Indonesia which are developing and advanced and able to adapt to competitors when the community already has competent human resources at the national level.
