Ramadan Mubarak
MY DEAR FRIENDS
This is @mki111 from 🇧🇩bangladesh
Food contest: I will post about my favorite food for Iftar menu. Let's get started.
Today is the 16th fast of Ramadan. During the month of Ramadan, every Muslim goes from house to house with various arrangements for Iftar. So for Muslims, fasting means a different kind of joy. And Roger Iftar makes every family happy & united.
Today I will highlight some Iftar items. In our country, delicious Iftar items are usually available more. For example, dates, sola, bundia, piyaji, purple, chilli chop, jilapi, lamb, chicken fry, bread etc.
Of all the items, my favorite are Chhola, Chana, Bandiya, Piyaji, Beguni, Jilapi.
Cholla Boot
The picture is of Chhola Boot. Usually onion oil is made with a combination of pepper. It is very tasty and nutritious to eat.
Malpoya
The film is about Bundia and Malpoa. It is made through flour and then soaked in sweet water.
Purple
That picture is purple. Eggplant is cut into small pieces, mixed with flour and then fried in oil. Purple is one of the delicacies of Iftar.
Onion
That picture is Piaget. Onion is made by combining onion and flour. These are very crunchy to eat.
Jilapi
That picture is Jilapi. Made in a flour mixture, fried in oil and then dipped in sweet water. Jilapi is very juicy to eat.
Hope you all enjoy my post. If there is any mistake in the post, you will be forgiven. I wish everyone well.
