Eid means joy. Eid means happiness. Being exposed to the glory of sacrifice, every person wishes to celebrate Eid with family. And so he has to leave the workplace and run far away. We also go from town to village to celebrate Eid with family. Today I will tell everyone that story. My workplace is Savar, Dhaka. And the village house is Ishurdi, Pabna. So I had already planned to return home by river ferry.

As per the plan, I packed the bag the night before. Then in the early morning after Fajr prayer, I took my favorite bike and went to my family. It feels good to go home after a long time. And my son will go to his grandfather's house, so very happy.

The distance from my house to Aricha Ferry Ghat is about 55 km. So after about 1 hour, we reached Aricha ferry ghat. Arrived at the ferry wharf and bought the ticket and boarded the ferry with the bike. The time was approximately 5:30 am. There was not much crowd then. We easily parked the bike on the ferry and sat comfortably on the seat. In no time the ferry was loaded with trucks and other vehicles and set off for our destination. It felt very good. The river is surrounded by natural beauty.

In the middle of the river, there are pastures surrounded by green trees, small houses on them, and cows and goats are being grazed in the pastures. Someone is fishing. It looks incredibly beautiful. Speedboats occasionally ply past Amadeote Ferry. As if creating a different environment. Sometimes a cargo trawler or other ferry passes us by. A very charming atmosphere is being created.

After about 1:30 hours our ferry arrived at Kazirhat, Pabna to enjoy many such beauties on the river route. Then we crossed the river and had a light meal.

Then again I left for home by bike. And in the meantime, I started answering various questions about my son. After about 1:30 hours we reached home. And earlier I bought some fruits and sweets for home. By now we are very tired. But when I came home and saw my mother's face and everyone in the house, all the fatigue went away. It was great to be able to return home safely by the grace of Almighty God. Such a beautiful journey is not to be missed. I like it very much.
