A group and bias@mostaqul-bangladesh

Assalamu Alaikum. Hope everyone is well. I'm fine too. I am Md. Mostaqul Mozid. I live in Dhaka. I work at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). I am a member of BUET. I already completed all of my 6 Achievement tasks. I present to you A group and bias post.

A group refers to a collection of people who share common characteristics, interests, or goals. Groups can form for various reasons, such as social, economic, political, or cultural factors. Within a group, there may be a sense of shared identity, purpose, and belonging.

Bias, on the other hand, refers to a tendency or inclination to favor one thing or person over another. Bias can arise from conscious or unconscious attitudes and beliefs, and it can manifest in various forms, such as racial bias, gender bias, or confirmation bias.

When people belong to a group, they may develop a sense of loyalty or solidarity with other members, which can lead to a bias towards the group's interests, values, and beliefs. This bias can sometimes be beneficial, such as in promoting cooperation and teamwork within the group, but it can also lead to discrimination or prejudice towards those who are perceived as different or outside the group.

It's important to be aware of group bias and work towards reducing it by promoting empathy, understanding, and open-mindedness towards people who may have different backgrounds, perspectives, or identities. This can help to foster greater inclusivity and respect for diversity within and outside the group.

The group can also be a family. Everyone will be together in this family group. Everyone will be close to everyone's danger. But Bias turns into self-interest when it comes to this group. The result is a family conflict. Relationship with each other is destroyed. This happens in many families.

So everyone within the group should be treated equally. The group cannot survive if it is biased. Bias divides the group into two. Then there is no atmosphere to talk. Any decision is taken unilaterally. A group cannot survive like this.

So let's all stop being biased and accept what is right. Then we will all be better off. Unity will last.
