Asalamualaikum , i hope that you all are doing well, enjoying your happy and healthy life. I am going to share another interesting day with my meals.

Morning breakfast🍉😋

Today for the morning breakfast i had some pieces of watermelon as it is good for the health and watermelon is rich in vitamin C, which plays an integral rola in forming collage & help the body absorb iron.

Lunch menu for today 🥩😋

Today i eat canti & rice. I did my lunch & i enjoyed it with my mom

Dinner menu tonight

So mom prepared dinner of rice with bottal guard this vegetable is very low in water & nutrients required for weight loss it contains essential nutrients like Vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin E
