Today for the morning breakfast i had some pieces of watermelon as it is good for the health and watermelon is rich in vitamin C, which plays an integral rola in forming collage & help the body absorb iron.

So mom prepared dinner of rice with bottal guard this vegetable is very low in water & nutrients required for weight loss it contains essential nutrients like Vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin E
