Starting today's activity, I woke up at around 5.40 am, I prayed at dawn and I continued with a little exercise and after breakfast I took the children to school and after that I went to work by ambulance with the head of the puskesmas with a lot of dust, we got there around 8.30 wib and they were other friends who were already in attendance and we immediately followed the Monday apple with the head of the health center in the health center yard..

As for the agenda for the first Monday, the Head of the Office reminded all staff to be present on time and also to provide maximum service to patients seeking treatment at the puskesmas and also to maintain the cleanliness of every room because all of this is included in the service standards for the community. a program to immediately make SPT for those who have gone down in the field and immediately collected it for the next level, namely the health office.. By the person in charge of the BOK
and after we followed the apple we went back to our respective rooms and I continued to the TU room to help complete the staff who held the program to complete all the services provided in the field of each village they came down to

Around 1.15 pm it was time for the duhur prayer and I stopped for a moment and after we prayed we went to a shop for lunch and after that we went back to doing activities at the health center until 3.30 pm and the weather started to cloudy so we immediately went home because if there was heavy rain usually where we live is prone to flooding, so we immediately went home because most of the people who work there live in lower areas

But even though we partially went home, there were still friends on Thursday who were still on duty living around the official house and I arrived home at around 4.30 WIB and I immediately performed the Asr prayer after that I continued with routine activities at my private pharmacy practice at sunset and after so I continued until 10 pm I just closed and tonight it was raining very hard at our place so after I closed my pharmacy practice I immediately took a break especially the weather was so cold and also a little tired from today's work so I immediately took a break
This is the story of the experience of my daily activities and thank you to friends who have visited my place, hopefully the days will be more fun
