Among the most frequent problems that usually affect people is: poor circulation and although it is always related to the natural aging of the body, this difficulty can also occur due to diseases such as diabetes, peripheral artery, obesity or smoking.
Among the first symptoms that develop when we have circulation problems are: swelling of hands, legs and feet; in the same way cramps and cold are felt in these mentioned areas. Now, poor circulation can be avoided or failing that, reduce the impact and to achieve this, we must move our arms or legs several times a day to facilitate blood circulation.

Reduce salt intake

If we consume excess salt, we promote the intake with this mineral which hinders the fluid circulation of the blood since it contains large amounts of sodium. Keep in mind that salt contributes to the retention of fluids in our body for this reason, swelling originates in the feet, legs, hands, arms and ankles.
A technique that we can apply when we want to reduce consumption is to use salt with little sodium content in order to avoid incorporating this mineral into all our meals. Similarly, the use of aromatic herbs allow the reduction of salt.
Drink more fluids

Daily, the minimum of water that we must drink is 2 liters since, the intake of liquid helps us to prevent the problems of poor circulation. This happens because, when our body is not sufficiently hydrated, it is totally impossible for blood circulation to be fluid.
Keep in mind that, apart from drinking water, we can also complement this activity with the consumption of juice or failing that, water fruits seen that, all these elements contribute to the reduction of liquids in our body.
Consume vegetables

Vegetables are rich in nitrates, however, the consumption of the dark green vegetable contains nitric oxide substances, a property that acts quickly in the body dilating our blood vessels therefore, the blood circulation begins to flow quickly thus combating poor circulation. These vegetables can be consumed daily in soups, juices or salads.
Omega-3 Consumption
Omega-3 is known to be one of the types of fats that promote the release of nitric oxide and thanks to this, it acts as an anti-inflammatory agent. The consumption of Omega-3 increases the dilation of our blood vessels in order to improve blood filudo.
In order to consume the right amount of Omega-3, we can eat tuna, parlor or sardine three times a week. Similarly, it can be supplemented with flaxseed, chia, olive oil and nuts. In case you want to add another strategy, the Omega-3 supplements sold in pharmacies are also of great help.
In our hands is the opportunity to avoid poor circulation in the legs or feet and as we can see, it is not complicated to achieve it. We can not underestimate or neglect health and even if we do not have a problem, it is possible to reduce the impact it would have on our lifestyle if we suffer from it.
