Firstly, I'll be picking the character of Olaf frozen which says that "some people are worth melting for" and what I understand by this quote is that, there are some people that when they're in your life, they depends to always bring positive impact in you, they always want to make you better, they always want to see the best in you comes out, so I believe that these are the kind of people who are worth melting for .

Because they're people with great characters, they are people who motivates you to always be better, so I believe if these kind of people ever comes in a tough situation, the best anybody can do for them as a solid is to come out for them as well, and help their situation.

So, that it what some people are worth melting for quiutei means, that is, they are people who strive for you to become better and the only thing you can do for them is also to make sure they are better.

The SpongeBob SquarePants quote says "I am ready , I am ready" what this means is that I am ready to always do what it takes, it means even when I'm not qualified or when I feel I'm not getting in the right position to do things I am always ready, and I can do it, I am ready, I am ready means I'm ready to give my all to it, I'm ready to serve myself, I'm ready to be able to do things that I believe I could not do, I am ready to succeed, I'm ready to pass even with obstacles, I am ready means I feel like I am motivated enough to do what people believe I could not do.

I'm ready means I believe I'm in the right mind , and I'm ready to always perform great , so when you have this motivation at the back of your mind every time this will be a great development in people's life as with the thought of being ready then they can be ready to always do what it takes to succeed in life.

The statement "A little bit of motivation can go a long way" is a very true statement, as I believe at a point in life we all need a word of encouragement from someone, which this word of encouragement tends to be what keep us moving most times.

Sometimes the motivation might be needed from the person you love, or from your parents. This severe as insurance until you are alright , then you can continue to keep pushing, or just a little bit push for them to keep on striving, sometimes when people fails they become discouraged, they become disengaged, but with a little bit of motivation to keep on moving and then they tend to succeed and see that the best comes out in them.

Why is motivation important to you as a person?

Yes, As a person a little bit of motivational is important to me, as through motivation I get to keep my heads up and do the things I'm feeling reluctant to do, there are times whereby when I failed in a situation and I feel like okay I'm done, I can't move further anymore but with motivation I could improve when people encourage me , then I tend to want to do Better so that I won't fail them.

So I believe motivation is important to me as it keeps me going in even worse situation, sometimes when the reward is too little or when I'm not getting what I wanted exactly, it's only the strive for success that always push me through and I always want to see the best comes out in me. so yes motivation is important to me as a person.

Yes I do motivate others in lots of ways for example, my oriflame business which is a business about marketing and advertising so I have a channel on my WhatsApp where I invite people to make sales, so from this there are people who do complain that they are not making sales or they are reluctant or the business is not moving as you wanted, so in this case I always motivating them that success doesn't come to you, you have to go for it , it is not a get-rich-quick opportunity I have people above me who are doing better and it is their motivation that makes me also want to do better and I believe with consistency everything will fall in line.

The second example I will give to you is on the steemit platform, when I joined Steemit December, I was really motivated and there a lot of interesting features such as sbd, crypto academy and also a lot of contest, but now we tend to get little of that, whereby I motivate myself that I should keep on working.

Sometimes even with the engagements challenge I do submit multiple entries even though votes are not guaranteed , despite ever since I've started the engagement challenge I've only got voted on my engagement post twice and this might sometimes be discouraging but true motivation Is that I always want to do more as it's not always about the vote but the participation.

What habits can you create to increase motivating yourself?

I create a motivating habit for myself by looking at people above me, and this has always works for me because when I see women like me participating in crypto Academy,I was always like well, if a lady could be doing this I believe I as well can do it, so this has always been my number one motivation as with this I believe we are all human being , and we all have the same brain capacity and it's only determines if you are willing to use your brain capacity, so with this I've always must Faith to myself.

This has always work for me, and I believe that people get to where they are today not because they got their out of a magical, but because they strive to get there, so I as well I have always been willing to want to strive through tough position so I can get their and achieve whatever I have in mind to achieve and this is always keep me up to this moment which I am right now.

Motivation brings the right impact in human life, as through motivation we get to be encouraged by others to want to do more, see people succeed and bring the best out in others. As a human you have to be ready for obstacles and it also depends on how you are willing to fight it and this is where motivation comes in where you get to be motivated to want to see yourself do better.
