The diary Game: 11:10:2024: A touch of professional training and more.

There's no other better life than being physically fit, just as the saying health is wealth, I'm glad to fulfill my promise of visiting our own professional coach, who is effortlessly carrying people in the line of fitness programs.

It was early morning after preparing my children for school, I checked my time it was 7.15am I taught of the time I was told the programs always start, I didn't wait any longer I dressed and went straight to the fitness center.

I got there and saw very comfortable,neat and serene environment just for sports. It was my first time I admired the environment and quickly joined ngoenyi and her team in doing some programs. As a newcommer she gave me shoulder tap to arouse my muscles.

She helped me to position appropriately in order to get the results. I commended her efforts in carrying everyone alone which shows how leadership skills/qualities.

I did some exercises like press-up, lifting weights and dancing. Guys you need to see me shaking my body , it was really a good fitness walkout.

After the exercise I met with steemians who has been following the programs, it was a good time with them. @alli001 acted as the cameraman. And gave us memorable pictures.

Afternoon

Groundnut for supply

I got a call to supply 60 pieces of Groundnut to my friend. As a businesswoman I ordered my girl to fry it so that we can deliver on time, before I could blink my eyes she was done with the frying . I tied it with white nylon and supplied.

Evening

spaghetti

I ate spaghetti and it was time for Nigerian VS Libya match. In Nigeria it is believed that anytime there will be important match like this power holding will seize the light so that people can patronize viewing centers. It was like that today there was no light majority went to the stadium while some watched at viewing centers. Nigeria won Libya by scoring 1-0.

My day ended beautifully, I don't know who watched the match what did you observe let me know at the comment section.
