Life hacks to improve daily living is a very wonderful and mind blowing contest that is being organised by @goodybest here in the steem for betterlife community.


The contest is aim at exploring the basic changes which we have made and at the same time consider to be useful and has brought significant improvement in our daily lives.


They say that the only thing in life that is permanent is change, though most times I'd always doubt that because how can it be permanent when you just realised and adopt it, you can might as well change from that particular change you changed to when you realised another suitable and more comforting lifestyle, well that was just my inner doubt, so please let's continue


I have made lots of positive changes in my life which has proven significant improvements in my daily life and well being and some of them are;


  • Exercise
  • Healthy feeding
  • Emotional adjustments

Exercise

We all know that health is wealth and ever since I'd adopted the habit of always going to the gym on a daily basis trust me I have seen lots of health improvements in me, it's been almost a year since I'd started being serious with my exercise and it has been almost a year as well since I fell sick 🤢.

Healthy Feeding

This isn't easy as it sounds most especially in a bad and falling 🌠 economy like we have here in Nigeria, but how I have managed to meet up is through planning, yes planning is very important especially when you have a little source of income.


You will have to know your income first before being able to meet up with the healthy feeding habits, and I'd always ensure I eat foods that contains all the six classes of food how will I know about this is through research and consultation.


Emotional Adjustments

Now we have moved from the physical to the invisible aspect of health, our emotional state plays a vital role in our daily lives and how I have managed to meet up with this is by cutting off unnecessary links with people that I see are toxic to my life

Because you see they are some set of people whose aim is to make us feel uncomfortable through our, while some focuses on making us angry, so for the sake of my emotional health I have tried cutting off some of my loose ends with unnecessary relationships and focused more on the things that makes me happy and the things that cheers me up.


So general knowledge of the article is that we should endeavour to make a positive turn in our lives by focusing first on happiness then every other thing comes second
