I'm Steemit, My Journey Here

It's your favorite Steemian @rakiya from Nigeria and I'm delighted to join in this contest organized by @irawandedy in this noble community today. It's a wonderful contest and I love to share my participation in it.

My journey on Steemit journey started a few months ago on this noble platform. I was introduced to this noble platform by @simonnwigwe and what he told me was that there is a platform where I can earn while learning. Since I'm always looking for ways to learn new things I decided to opt in and become a member.

Well, my number one intention of joining the Steemit platform was to make. money and also meet my daily needs as a student since my parents don't always give me all that I need at all times. So that was the first motive and intention I had.

Also, when I heard that the platform is a learning platform I was so happy about it because I'm someone who loves learning. Also looking at the various articles written I was wondering how I too can make this possible because before now I wrote but my writing is not as good as it is now because I have become more creative over the past few months I started.

From the questions on what priority I have and if I see the Steemit platform as a short-term or long-term investment, my take is that the platform is a long-term investment. me and that is why I engage in regular power-ups of my Steem. As it stands now, I have grown my Steem power to some extent and I'm willing to push more.

Also, based on the price of Steem, doesn't affect me when it comes to writing and publishing my article on the Steemit platform the reason is that I have derived joy and pleasure in writing and I write this day not for the reward but for the fun I get when I display my creativity.

The number of publications has indeed reduced since the time the price of Steem dropped and I confirm that because of the group on WhatsApp I'm where people usually drop the link to their publication. Before now, you saw post links every minute but now a whole day you may not see a message in the group.

So all of these are factors indeed that we see in the Steemit platform but as it stands, the price doesn't affect me at all because any day I'm free I always try to write a post. I also don't do cash out every time unless for a pressing need.

I want to invite @nsijoro, @johnmitchel, and @smartlouis to join the contest also.
