Very warm welcome from my side it's because I am writing about VERY IMPORTANT but unlisted things of our daily routine. It's exercise what I am talking about.
Six months ago my weight was 97 to 99 kg. With the grace of Almighty I hadn't exceed 100. I was thinking to loose my weight mostly for following reasons
- I am looking old more than my age
- It's heard to move comfortably
- Listening the word 'uncle' from some younger friend
I went to a gymnasium. Now it's six month running that I am continuing my exercise. I have cut 17 kg from my body. The results make a huge difference in my life. First of all, I find me more smarter than before in my mirror.
The thing charm me most that the people of my half age call my brother 😃😃.
I feel must confident in my daily life.
I don't that my topic would help you or not but either you are fat or thin like a stick, you should do gym at least 30 mins. It's not mandatory to go to gymnasium. You can do it's in home or walk in park and so on. No doubt your exercise increase your confidence.
You can think that you don't have time but remember one think
