How I handle Stressful Situations In Life

Introduction

Hi steemians, I hope everyone is doing well today, am glad @damithudaya organized this wonderful contest because it's really a nice one. I will be talking about stress and the various ways I handle them. Let's go!!! 🚣👇

What is the definition of stress according to you?

According to I Obie Kelvin, stress is the process of feeling alot of headache and being tired or fatigue, due to doing alot of work and other difficult activities. Most people easily suffer from stress because of the hardship in the economy of a particular country or nation.

Do you have any experience?

Yes I do, am currently learning a skill which is barbing and I have been doing alot of things for the barbers there to fully cut their customers hair to their satisfaction while rendering service to them. I do alot of things like;

  • Covering customers that wants to barb with apron and sometimes neck paper.
  • Buying of fuel.
  • Washing of small towels.
  • Sweeping and mopping.
  • Fetching of water.
  • Paying of NEPA bill and so many others.

Those few things are part of the things I do daily in the salon am learning a skill, they make me get tired alot and I also stand for alot of hours whenever my bosses are barbing someone's hair, sometimes my leg will be paining and I won't be able to move them. Apart from this learning of skill, alot of other things still gives me stress.

Do you think suicide is an option?

Suicide is not an option, although I thought it was an option while I was facing stress in school and was also depressed in school because of lack of money.

For now suicide can never be an option to these stress I face. Suicide is very bad in the eyes of God and is known as a very big sin, anybody who commits suicide is bound to suffer in hell.

What are the practices you follow to handle stress?

I just do few things in other to handle stress and I will tell you about them briefly. These few things are;

  • Reading of interesting novels.
  • Eating of delicious food 😋.

  • Sleeping, to me I feel sleeping is the best.
  • Doing of few workouts.

  • Watching of interesting movies.
  • Hanging out with my friends and so many others.

Conclusion

Stress is a very big disease and is not good to suffer from alot of stress. Sometimes I tried my best to be used to this stress of learning a skill and I pray I become used to it. I hope you all learnt something new from this post of mine? Bye for now friends.
