Hello, my dear friends After a lengthy pause, I resumed writing on this platform two days earlier because of a personal issue. I believe this is my first interaction with the Steem for betterlife community. Let's now enter the competition's title.
Laughing has numerous positive effects on our health, from lowering stress to enhancing our immune systems. The adage "laughter is the best medicine" could mean that laughing is good for our health. More often than we would think, only a few minutes of laughter each day might benefit our health. A smile a day will keep the doctor away. Our bodies release endorphins, which are happy hormones when we laugh. The body's natural response to pain can be enhanced by endorphin release. Extra endorphins may provide us with benefits beyond a quick boost of energy, such as the ability to manage stress. When we laugh, chortle, or guffaw, our body produces fewer stress hormones like cortisol. Laughter can be used to manage stress and prevent the body's stress response. We breathe more thoroughly after each laugh. As a result, our lungs receive more oxygen. Our organs can function more effectively and grow and develop in a healthy way when there is more oxygen available. A few minutes of genuine laughter can help us feel more relaxed and lessen physical tension.
I can't even begin to count the number of my priceless giggling moments. This particular chuckle, I'm sure, will be the one that stays with me the longest. My son needed to purchase a rubber-made fake snake one day when we visited Katharagama. Despite being constructed of rubber, this snake has a realistic appearance. Actually, when I saw this in the stole that was for sale, I was quite horrified. Anyway, my spouse gave my son this snake. One of my friends visited me at home a few days later. That day, my son kept the snake close to her feet as a joke. My companion failed to notice this. She and I are conversing. Even I failed to notice my son's naughty prank. Anyway, She got out of the chair and took a step forward when I invited her around for lunch. She screamed and shrieked in terror as she fled after seeing the snake at this precise moment, believing it to be a genuine snake. I also believed it to be a real snake because I can't remember the one we brought back from Katharagama. However, my kid later told us the joke's details. We felt a great deal of embarrassment at the time, but later we chuckled as we remembered being frightened. I still find it difficult to forget that day when I think back on our actions. That is the chuckle I will never forget. Can you imagine our reactions when we discovered a snake in our house, close to our foot?
