Hello, my dear buddies, another lovely contest is there to participate us. Big thanks to @steemforbetterlife Community for hosting such an amazing competition for us to participate.

Introduction

My dear friends, as you all know the nervous system has to take in and process information from the outside world in order to react, communicate, and maintain the body’s health and safety. This information is largely provided by the sense organs, including the skin, nose, eyes, ears, and tongue. These organs have specialized cells and tissues that can process information into signals that the nervous system can use. Nerves send messages to the brain, which interprets them as sensations of taste, smell, sound, and touch, seen and touch.

What did you see?

As usual, I rise early this morning before 6:30 am. Yes, the environment is quite lovely. Our recent days of nonstop rain have come to an end. I get out of bed and open the window to enjoy the lovely scenery outside. The world among the trees seems to be trying to get our attention as the sun rises. When I opened the window, I was ecstatic to view the lovely scene outside. I am grateful to God for giving me such wonderful eyes that allow me to appreciate the beauty of the world in the morning. I'm sad to say that some people don't have this organ and can't appreciate the beauty of the world. I spent over fifteen minutes gazing out the window and admiring the beauty of the morning.

What did you touch?

I looked back as I stood in the window to check whether my husband was still sleeping or getting ready to get up. When I turned to look behind, I was in terrible pain. I noticed something has happened to my neck. When I touched the neck, I could felt my neck hearing. I was worried that my neck might be slipped under the pillow last night. My hubby is still sleeping, I don’t want to disturb him. found the tube of Powergesic gel and appropriately administered it to my neck. When I used that gel, I had some comfort. I put a neck wrap around my neck for further security and walked inside the kitchen to make a cup of coffee for us.

What did you hear?

I fill the kettle with water and turn it on to brew a cup of coffee. I sat down in the chair to listen to the birds as the water boiled. The world was beautiful as the birds sang beautifully. Through the sound of the bird, I could hear the sound of boiling water. I can start brewing coffee after the ear's organ notifies me that the water is boiling.

What did you smell?

I felt refreshed after finishing the coffee preparation and inhaling the coffee's aroma. I grabbed both the cup of coffee and walked to our bedroom to wake up by husband. He is still dozing off beneath his clothing. We have to go to a church wedding today, so I woke him up a bit early. He was shocked to find my neck cover as he opened his eyes.

What did you taste?

I extend a coffee cup to him. We talk about how I felt while I sat on the bed drinking coffee. My tongue and brain communicated when I tasted the coffee, giving the day a brisk feel. It's time to prepare for the nuptials. Once the coffee was over, we both headed to get dressed for the wedding.

That is how, my dear friends, I incorporated my physical senses into my notebook. I hope you all enjoy reading about how I started my day by using my senses.

I like to invite @imanthadd, @m-fdo, nadeesew, and @prasadi for this competition.

Thanks for reading.

I thought the cup of coffee would be yours at least. I really love Sri Lankan Coffee, great taste, great aroma and the one I was staying with knew how to make it. Nice one 🎉
