A popular street food in Bangladesh is singara. This dish is widely known. Singara is a triangle-shaped fried food. This dish is very popular as an afternoon snack. Singara is available in both spicy and sweet varieties. Hot singara with tea is very delicious as an afternoon snack. The price of a small-size singara is Bangladeshi price 5 per piece. The stand from which I took today's food was very crowded. There were so many people that it was difficult to stand. I still didn't want to miss the delicious food. And this trader prepares food from evening onwards, due to which so many people congregate. Apart from singara, tea is also sold. And this shop is very close to the gate of our house.

Many people use chicken or beef to make singara, while others use vegetables. And among the vegetables, potatoes are more prominent. The singara I have here is fried in potato and carrot puree with various spices. And after that, the bread is folded, stuffed with vegetable filling, and fried in oil. Another thing is that the Singara triangle fold is a great technique.
