Benefits of mangoes for good health

The time is running the mango season. This fruit is full of nutrients as well as nutrition. This juicy mango is on everyone's list.
I went to the market to buy mangoes today. I saw many types of ripe mangoes there. I bought a few mangoes like my choice. The mangoes were very big and very beautiful to look at.
After buying the mangoes and coming home, I cut them and ate the mangoes were very tasty.
mango does us a lot of good. Below are some of the benefits of mangoes:
1. ripe mangoes have a lot of potassium that helps us to keep our body low blood and keep our heart healthy.
2. ripe mangoes contain a lot of vitamin mineral salt and fiber that benefits our bodies a lot.
3. May the glow of the skin increases.
4. Mango nutrition material helps to fill the body with vitamin deficiency in various ways and keep the human body healthy.
5.Increases our body's resistance to disease.
6. Playing mangoes maintains body's cholesterol balance.
