Just lying on my bed but could not sleep so I decided to make out something out of my encounter this evening
INTRODUCTION
So this evening, I felt so lazy and decided to step out and grab some stuffs for my belly. While on my way, I came across this hardworking young man who works tirelessly day and night just to have something to offer and to show as evidence that he is trying his best.
THE STORY
I came across this man who sells day in day out along my street. Though I have been noticing him other days, but today I gained courage to approach him to have a word or two with him
I was opportune to have his time which he started by narrating how he has been managing to survive without any assistance from anyone. He further went ahead to give me a list of what he sells and a breakdown of how he prepared most of the products.

Here is a list of what he sells:
- Akara(Local sandwich)
- Bread
- Cooked beans
- Beverages for tea
I must confess, this is a very nice combo which if you try it, I'm not sure you'll desist from it.
For instance, a combination of Akara and bread, bread and beans, bread with tea, Akara with tea, Akara and bread with tea, you can as well combine the four items and it will still give you a very nice combination.
This is the joy of staying in the trenches, because you will definitely be exposed to all the rugged lifestyle and no stone will be left unturned.
REASONS WHY HE IS SELLING
From him, let me quote what he said, "you are my very good friend so I won't hide anything from you", here are my reasons
- Creativity: in terms of making the Akara all by himself, cooking the beans and also interacting with people which to him is a big flex.
- Independence: He also added that he is not used to worshipping people for money, so he had to make his legs and hands useful by earning a living with it
- Business owner
HIS ACHIEVEMENTS
- He handles his house rent from there
- Sort medical bills
- Feeds from there
- Handles other life's financial problems with the little income he makes out of the business
CONCLUSION
In this life you just have to stand your ground because life is not taking it easy on anyone. If you give up, that definitely on you. Wake up, put God first, go out to the world and make out something for yourself of which nothing is too small. God will definitely see us through this process and grant us our good heart desires
