I am Mohammad Sumon from Bhola district of Bangladesh. I am here with a new post. This is my first recipe post and share to participate in the contest. Tilapia fish is Roasted, caught fresh from our pond and then prepared to cook them today. Tilapia fish is a favorite of mine and my wife. However, in today's recipe, She does the job perfectly.

Equipment

  • Tilapia Fish
  • Onion
  • Green Chillies
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Chilli Powder
  • Garlic
  • Salt And Oil.

Method Of Preparation:


First we will wash and clean the fish, then we will slice them nicely. Prepare onions, chillies and other spices in advance. I have shared our detailed photography below for your convenience.

After that we will rub the fish well with turmeric and then we will fry them. As the fish gets a bit more flavor when it is fried. We will fry little by little with oil in the pan so that the fishes do not burn.

We fried the fish and put them in separate containers. Since all are fried then I will roast them. Check whether enough oil has been given and it should not burn.

Finished our fish fry! After frying the fish, add enough oil, chopped onion, turmeric powder and chili powder in a clean pan. After that, we will shake well for a while and give the amount of water.

Stir for a while to mix everything well and then when the water is a little hot, we will fry the fried fish (in that case you can wait for five minutes).

The stove must be properly lit, even though we are cooking on a clay stove today. Now that everything is in proportion, I will wait and stir the fish occasionally so that everything is well mixed.

The stove is burning a little less! Since we are roasting the fish, the broth should be slightly dried on the stove, this will give it a better taste.

We will keep the pan in the oven for a little while. It will be up to you who will make the recipe, if you feel you need to keep it for a while then you can. However, if we don't keep it in the oven for too long, the fish broth will dry out completely.

So we have today's Tilapia Fish Roast, simple and incomparable in taste to me. Easy way and prepared in a short time. If you want one of my favorite Bengali recipes, you can also try it at home. Each person cooks differently, not everyone's needs are the same. I will suddenly post the recipe, so I could not present this arrangement very well.
