Responding to a contest post from brother @amryksr a few days ago made me interested in participating in writing about my daily life and also my daily sports activities or what I usually do two or three times a week, especially on weekends. Having a healthy and physically fit body is everyone's dream, of course, but the biggest challenge to achieve this is to start the process with regular exercise activities. I myself have actually started several healthy living activities in recent times, but several times I also had to stop when boredom and boredom appeared in doing so. However, recently I have returned to regular sports activities, some of the activities I do include cycling and occasionally doing fitness activities by lifting my homemade barbell to train some muscles in my body.
My activity of cycling is usually routine on Sunday mornings, apart from keeping my body in shape, cycling in the morning also makes me love myself more with gratitude, where sometimes when cycling in the morning the atmosphere that I enjoy can be a painkiller. stress and relaxation when a lot of burdens arise, and in addition to activities that are good for the health of the body, cycling in the morning I also feel as a medicine for peace of mind.
The cycling route that I usually take is to circle the villages around where I live, where many expanses of rice fields stretch out so exotically, plus various kinds of wild animals such as birds and otters also appear occasionally when I ride my bike.
As I said earlier, in addition to cycling activities, sometimes I also do routine workouts by lifting dumbbells and barbells that I made myself. I usually do this when the weather doesn't allow for cycling or when I'm lazy to cycle. Even though it's not regular and routine, I think the sports activities that I'm doing are a good first step for me to start a healthy life.
