Hello, my dear friend @sofian88 and the all administrative team of STEEM FOR BETTER LIFE community, thank you for creating the contest which bring my attention towards the community to put my view on the topic. However this post is going to be my first post in the community so, I will try to give my best.

When we are alone or sitting on a quiet place a lots of question comes to our mind and some and sometimes we got the answer for it but sometimes we didn't get any answer. And as far as I understand you find your answer about the question you find some how but you still want to get the others opinion too to the particular question to your mind. And as a responsible user of steemit, sometimes I also thought the same and this post will be a medium to your as well as my answer too.

Here I want to give my honest answer to the question and my answer is it depends, from my point of view steemit's existence depends a lot on the it's coin steem, if steem value will decrease to a fearful price point and in future, and then because of fomo a lots of big investers, sell their coin and which down the price more, then create more fomo and at that point it's clear that Steemit will face it's end.

Similarly the steem coin's value also depends a lot not only on the hand of big investors but also on the Steemit's user base. So, they are co-related to each other. So it's existence will depends on it's userbase and on investors a lot.

Well, yes of course it should be because I saw that there are a lot of users who abandoned their steemit user accounts many years ago, and not active at all but have a lot of steem, and also I saw some users also have many steem but lost access to their key, well they are few in number.

If we consider the users who abandoned their IDs with a lots of steem, maybe whatever there reason is, are now of no use, neither their children can access it and I dont think those users still keep there keys saved, like what happened in the case of Bitcoin at starting.

So, it is best to set a nominee system and also a recovery of post password system in the platform will much better, if some user lost their interest on steemit for any reason, then their kids can access to it's coins and claim that.

My views on steemit are clear, if we don't do anything from now then it will not survive for a long run, as I said before Steemit and steem are co related with each other and it depends a lot on it's user and investor. Steemit gaining it's popularity as good blogging platform with slow pace but on the other hand it losing it's rank and value in big exchanges and market.

From it's lunch in 2016, to 2023. A lot has been changed and between these years Steem never touched at least quarter of it's all time high price of $8.5744. And in these years the price of steem only waving between $0.15-$1 roughly.

When steemit launched first it has a proper company, CEO and a whole team who launched the platform with a very unique idea and there team created a hype, then the users also love the platform, gaining a lots of investors eye and it all together boosts it's price so high, but after the incident happened the CEO and some of the people abandoned it, it worked as a bad news and most of the investors lost their trust and sold the coin. Furthermore, steemit never able to establish it's trust among the investors and recovered from the incident, because it doesn't have any official powerful and active social media handles, to promote it further and establishing itself as a strong crypto like bitcoin, ethereum and to show that it is recovered. Rather it choose to remain like a secret and anonymous social platform.

So, to fix this we have to promote it, but it is sole responsibility of the existed Steemit team to promote it on a large scale. And the first step is to set official account on YouTube, Twitter and Instagram and telegram then building it's audience slowly with the use of ad services, and after gaining a large audience, steemit team can aware then about the blogging platform so, it's user increase and after, it's social media status, and large userbase will catch the eye of whale investors automatically and it's price will go up, and the platform will make sure that it will last for decades without any problem.

Well, these are my thoughts and suggestions as a responsible user of the platform, my motive is not to blame anyone or the Steemit team here I don't know what problem they are facing internally. And of course Steemit's user base is strong just need to be increased. And I also want steemit to grow as strong as possible in future as well.
