Contest : Show Your Favorite Sports Activities - Running and Boxing

Hello My Dears. Greetings From #Moldova

Dan is here again. It is 3 pm in Moldova and ai took a little break from my work to share with you some of my #sport-activities. How are you? Did you take your Sport pill today? I did : ))))

So... I have two main activities when it is to start my day. I weak up and i drinks a lot of water and i pray to God, i give Him thanks for waking me up, for a great sleep, for parents that i have and so else...

After that i run. I have for 20 minutes, it is standard 4.01 km every morning after my night of sleep. I have started this regime on 1st of March, and it is 9th April allready and i am still doing that and twis a day.

My treadmill is my best friend with whom i Share my morning time and off course the evening time, because i can not end the day without running too. I spend the same 20 minutes or 4.01 km before taking a shower. That is my lagacy, i hope i will have the power to stay tuned until my days will end with this program.

My secondactivity that i do, it is not so often like running but a minimum of two time a week I am boxing. I am not a profesinal boxer, i have never learned to box, i just bought this punching ball and started to work out.

I have bought my boxing pall from #Germany, i have paid 70 euros. I have brought him with me to #Moldova : ))) He said he likes being here and since thenwe are very good friends and regularly having a good punching dialogue.

And after these sports activities that keep them periodically, they do push-ups and pull ups every day.

That's My Legacy Guys. I want to leave 100 years and to change this MotherFucker World from a better place in the Best place to Live for my Kids and Your Kinds. And i will Never Stop.
