Engaging in the dance movie "school over"was an exhilarating experience for me. I played the little role of "Jason", and the movie run for complete 2 weeks. What made this experience even more special was that they producer reach out to me to engage my dance company, which I gladly agree to.

MY ROLE IN THE MOVIE

As "Jason" I had the opportunity to showcase my dancing skills and bring the character to life through movement. The movie theme and the storyline were both captivating and challenging, and I was thrilled to be a part of it.

But what made "School Over" truly unique was the diverse cast of performers. The movie features not only dancers but also musicians , skaters and bike riders, all coming together to create an unforgettable experience. It was amazing to see how each performer brought their own special talents and energy to the movie.

But what really made the experience special was our producer, who was kind and humbled to everyone on set. She was always willing to lend a helping hands and make sure that everyone felt comfortable and supported throughout the production. At times, she even had to sort out issues with some of the cast and crew members who were not pulling their weight, but she did it with such kindness and humility that it was inspiring to see.

For me, school over was the first outstanding dance movie I have participated in, and it was an incredible experience. I was able to push myself as a dancer and actor, Anna learned so much from the entire cast and crew.

MANAGING MY WORK AND THE PRODUCTION

However, it wasn't easy for me to balance my work as a teacher while also being part of the movie production. I had to jiggle my schedule, ensuring that I was able to attend rehearsal and filming sections while still meeting my responsibilities as a teacher. They were times when I had to rush from the office to the production venue, but I was determined to give my best and make it work.

CHALLENGING EXPERIENCE DURING THE PRODUCTION

One of the most challenging experience I face during the production was when I had to go under the rain to sign and approval letter before the security could let us into the school premises to shoot. It was a frustrating moment, but I knew that it was essential to get the shot, so I braved the rain and got it done.

Despise the challenge, I was determined to make it happen. I had to maintain my work as a teacher while also pursuing my passion for dance. It wasn't easy, but it was what it in the end. Seeing the final production and knowing that I was a part of it made all the hard work worth it.

Now, let's talk about the people I meet during the production. There was Teddy, Vivian and Mimi, let's just say that is a story for another day. (Winking)

Working with the producer and the entire cast and crew was a pleasure, and I am grateful for the experience and exposures that school over brought to me and my dance company. I am looking forward to future projects and collaboration that will allow me to continue sharing my passion for dance with others.

Best regard from me ❤️
