In daily life today we are using the eyes to see non stop.

As you drive in your car 🚙 you pay attention to obstacles And dangerous situations.

Your mind calculates these types of situations multiple times per second.

Maybe before you got In the car you were taking trouble from a boss or a child .

This sort of continuous stress and analysis is subtle yet it’s apart of daily life so we don’t pay much attention.

Meditation is practically a way to quiet the activity of the mind in order to enable some thoughts to disappear

It enables your body to function more like it’s intended to without the effects of constant strain.

Meditation has often been associated with religion.

But it’s just a technique like walking or swimming.

Essential like breathing.

If practiced twice per day for 15 minutes.

Once in the morning and once in the evening around 4-5pm

But it is introspective, thus demanding SELF effort.

As good as meditation, something else , which we do often is certified better.😀

As I understand meditation is to see what's happening with your existence.sit reluxely with your eyes closed and watch everything happening don't do anything don't get involved with anything just watch...

I like to meditate, I meditate to relax my body and to get oxygen. my meditation lasts about 15 minutes and I usually listen to relaxing music. Thanks.

For me meditation is the practice in which we focus our mind on our body to relax and get away from stress, I practice meditation sometimes 3 times a week, although it is good to do it every day.
