No one in the area has ducks with offspring? Spread the word, let everyone in the coffee office search. Are adds on the wall or entrance allowed?
If 0 result we should travel further, she's right. Ask the shops who delivers ducks. Are there markets? Here once a month.
You should sleep and hug a bit more and take her along for a duckhunt.
