How you talk with 50+ people? How do you make each one of them welcome? I remember the old days of Steemit, the community I joined + the Discord group. It never made me feel good or welcome and it felt the same to many. 101 rules and always the same 3-5 speak while the rest was ignored. Also a chaotic "chat" great for gamers but by now also restricted. No freedom of speach, messages deleted and the government can read and use it to label people as therorists and freeze or close their bank accounts. It happens more and more since the past 5 years.
Is there still room for fun?
You mean Hive because Justin Sun bought it. I was there and in the middle of those 'fights'. A good moment to see the nature of people, their true colours. What an energy was put in harrashing those who refused to leave.

Okay. I guess you are right.

It's hard work.

Sorry I was at work.
We had fun in our own way. We run a class in the channel. @el-nailul was the coordinator for this class. The class talked about Steemit-related things. We educated new Steemians who were willing to learn. The class was run weekly or twice a week I forgot. You might ask El Nailul the complete story about it. And you can also read the weekly reports by the community account here: https://steemit.com/@arteem.
Beside of a live class over the voice channel, we also had a program to discuss members posts.
If we wanted to chat and say what we like, we just go to a room called Cafe, in this room you can ignore everyone you'd like to. But in the learning rooms, there was only one member talking at a time.
We also had fun like running lotteries now and then. @paulag started this thing, she was and will always be the community honorary members, she and her co-witness at that time, Asher @abh12345.
And some members were assigned to run the Radio Channel.

It sounds like a great group. I just answered nailul's question if we can go back to 2018, not we but Steemit.
all @paulag tried was great but after that was that big bang and somehow we lost track if it comes to creativity and engagement?
It will be hard, it always was. Still, I made friends here I am still in touch with.
A great day to you. Thanks for answering somehow I hope the old way you used still works.
