Previously I would like to say thank you very much for making this extraordinary contest, I think this is one contest that should be appreciated because it raises awareness for all of us to live healthy Starting from what we consume, it cannot be denied that vegetables are indeed foods that must be consumed every day to meet daily fiber.

in this contest I want to present a bowl of healthy vegetables complete with nutritional value, this time I made vegetable capcay which is very easy to cook every day, the most important thing is that this is a healthy vegetable dish, here I will share how to make this version of vegetable capcay I, capcay itself means various vegetables, of course this capcay is very healthy

I make this vegetable capcay very often, I can make it 4 times a week because I also like it. This is my mainstay simple menu when I have little time to cook. I got this vegetable capcay recipe from my mother when I was a girl. I really liked helping. My mother is in the kitchen to cook, so I learned a lot of recipes from my mother



Let's go straight to how to make it:

material :

100 grams of broccoli
100 grams of cauliflower
1 kiosk
5 pieces of white mustard greens
6 beans
1 tomato



ground spices :

4 red onions
2 bird's eye chilies (to taste)
2 candlenuts
3 cloves of garlic



how to make :

(1) The first step is to cut all the vegetables according to taste, then wash them clean and set them aside. After that, take all the spice ingredients to grind them

(2) After the spices are ground, take a non-stick frying pan and grease with a little oil, then saute the spices until fragrant

(3) then add the vegetables and also 300ml of cooking water for about 10 minutes then add a little salt and add the tomato pieces as a natural flavoring then check the taste to see if it is right and then cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat and then the vegetable capcay is ready
