A blessed day for all of us, may we all always be healthy and have easy affairs, talking about coffee, almost 80 percent of Indonesian people are coffee lovers and some of them are indeed coffee lovers, especially in the area where I live, Aceh province, almost 90 percent of Acehnese people consume coffee at least once a day and some even make it a substitute for drinking water
Like me, I am a coffee lover, I consume coffee once a day and at most twice a day with a dose of two small glasses of about 60 ml and I make coffee as an additional drink when relaxing and as a stimulant of passion and sensory nerves
What is coffee? Coffee is a plant that thrives in the highlands and bears small and abundant fruit in each fruit there are two seeds called coffee beans, from there the beginning of the coffee processing process, from ripe fruit is picked then the seeds are separated from these selected seeds are dried in the sun until dry after that finely ground until it becomes coffee bran and the coffee is ready to be made into a coffee drink,
in processing into a coffee drink there are various types and methods offered by traders, starting from coffee bran given hot water and sugar called tubruk coffee, the taste of coffee itself is bitter, fat and savory so it must be processed to become a delicious and slightly sweet taste so that the original taste of coffee is not lost, now there are various types of coffee processing that are currently trending, namely sangar coffee
What are the bad effects on health due to excessive coffee consumption? Everything that is consumed excessively will have a bad impact on human health, be it food, drinks or even vitamins, coffee contains caffeine which can smooth blood circulation and ward off drowsiness so that if consumed excessively it will have a bad effect on health
Coffee contains substances that can be addictive and addictive so that someone who is addicted is very difficult to leave coffee so that insomnia and hypertension can occur besides the mixture of sugar in coffee is also not good to consume excessively because it can be at risk of diabetes
So the conclusion is that coffee is very good to consume but within certain limits, just one to two glasses every day is still included in the normal and safe limits, thank you for reading my article
