Hello and hi everyone hope so you are doing well by the grace of God and enjoying your health I am also good and doing my work regularly today I will tell you about some major issues of Pakistan. The issues on which major work has to be done to make the Pakistan progressive country there are a lot of issues that are in Pakistan but the most common issues are discussed below
Education system
Despite higher student enrollment and better learning outcomes in metropolitan areas, about 10% of all children in Lahore, Karachi, and Peshawar stay out of school. The private sector explains better education, like healthcare, in cities. From 2001 to 2014, primary education rose from 25 percent to 40% in urban private schools.
In addition, the relationship between public and city level appears to be inversely different. Around 35% of all children between the ages of five and 9 are registered in government schools in small towns. This figure falls to 22% in state capitals. The continued demand for private schools in metropolitan areas indicates the low quality of government institutions. While all private schools have basic amenities (drinking water and bathrooms), only about 12% of government schools in Lahore have these.
Because smaller communities lack educational and health facilities, people are drawn to larger cities, where service delivery is becoming increasingly strained as the metropolitan population expands.

Health system
While urban populations have better overall health and nutrition than rural people, child mortality and malnutrition indicators suggest that Pakistan's urban poor have just marginally better health than the rural poor.
Improved access to private health care in cities explains better health outcomes in cities. However, with the exception of immunisation, fundamental public health services are underutilised in metropolitan areas.Pollution induced by increased urbanisation has a direct impact on poor health outcomes. Karachi is Pakistan's most polluted metropolis, with air twice as dirty as Beijing, according to the World Health Organization. Pollution levels in Punjab's biggest cities are also three to four times higher than the UN's safe standard.
The high death rate of children under the age of five continues to be exacerbated by a shortage of safe drinking water. Poor urban children in Pakistan are more likely than rural children to die young, according to Save the Children's 2015 Annual Report.

Water and sanitation
Water and sanitation
Water is available to just 50% of the population in most Pakistani cities for four to sixteen hours each day. 90% of water delivery networks, according to the Asian Development Bank (ADB), are unfit for human consumption. In cities, shared latrines are popular, and access to solid waste management services is still limited. One toilet is shared by twenty individuals in Karachi's most densely populated neighbourhoods.
