As stated previously on my previous , Chelsea are considering listing the German player on the transfer market, and now it seems certain that Timoo Werner might not even stay longer. His performance has not exactly been flashy in the German's first year at Chelsea. The striker has only managed to score 5 goals in 27 games for the London club, and thus Roman Abramovich should already now be ready to send Werner on after a disappointing first season.
AS writes according to Football Insider that Timo Werner is not expected to be in Chelsea when the summer transfer window closes. Although the arrival of compatriot Thomas Tuchel has resulted in a slightly upward form curve, all confidence in the 25-year-old striker should have disappeared. However, the media does not write about possible suitors for Timo Werner, but a return ticket to Germany seems immediately obvious.
Last season, Timo Werner scored 34 goals in 45 games for RB Leipzig, which was the result of the switch to Chelsea this summer.
