Compensate to delegate failed account

As of March 23, 2021, we have received feedback that some users failed to perform the delegation operation to nutbox. We confirmed this and found that the reason is that the tron network is unstable recently, which leads to the failure of the daemon program in executing the contract method. We judged the failure in the early stage, but the error code was vague, which led to the new problem of repeated execution, so the judgment of failure was canceled later.

At present, we have replaced the tron full node built by ourselves. It has been tested for 2 days and no failure has been found. If there happens new delegation fails, you can leave us a message in any of the contact information provided later, and we will deal with it for you.

We have compared the data as of March 23, and listed 44 users whose data of steem account is inconsistent with that of Tron contract, as shown in the figure below. In order to avoid the user might not see this post, please tell each other if you know the one in the list.

For these users, nutbox officially provides 8000 PNUT for compensation. The compensation rules are as follows:

1、From the time of this posting, a period of 5 days of redelegate time, delegation must be executed on https://nutbox.io;

2、Enter https://steemd.com/ personal page after the delegattion succeeds, and takes a screenshot of the delegate record and needs to display the operation timestamp, as shown in the following figure:

3、Post a comment here, attach the screenshot above, and leave your steem account and Tron address

4、After 5 days, we will make statistics on the successful operations during this period, and provide a total of 8000 PNUT in proportion to the actual delegate amount of users, and publish the results in a new post.

截止2021-3-23日，我们接到了部分用户执行了代理操作后没有成功的情况。我们对此进行了确认，发现原因是近期波场网络不稳定，导致监控程序在执行合约方法时失败。而对该失败情况我们早期有作判断，但是报错code含义比较模糊，导致出现了重复执行的问题，故后来取消了失败的判断。

目前，我们已经更换为了我们自己搭建的全节点。已经测试了2天，目前没有发现失败的情况。如果还有代理失败的情况，可以在后面提供的联系方式中任一种给我们留言，我们会为你处理。

我们以截止3-23日的数据进行了比对，列出了steem代理与tron数据不一致的用户，共计44位，现在公布如下图。为了避免当事人没有看到此贴，请认识的朋友相互转告。

针对这些用户，nutbox官方提供8000PNUT用于补偿，补偿规则如下：
1、从此贴发帖时间起，为期5天的重新代理时间，代理操作一定要在https://nutbox.io进行;
2、代理成功后进入https://steemd.com/个人页面，对代理记录进行截图，需要显示操作时间，如下图：

3、在此贴留言，附上上面的截图，并留下您的steem account 和 tron address
4、5天后，我们会对这段时间执行成功的操作进行统计，以用户的实际代理量比例进行分发共计8000PNUT,并将结果另行公布。
