Everyone in our house loves it. Of course, I don't like kariba fried things in oil !! So let's start with today's recipe for making eggplant chops.🔥

Here are the things we need for this recipe :

Eggplant
Bason
Baking powder
Salt and oil

Step-1

First mix the besan well with baking powder, salt and water.

Step-2

If the besan is well mixed, turn the eggplants upside down and mix the besan. Have to take
