Hi everybody. It is my first post in THE STEEMIT CITY community. I am here from reading an contest post from @sabbirrr . Whatever Today I will show you cooking interesting fish roast. how can you cook delicious Bouillabaisse of walking fish. Hope you guys like my post and Enjoying very much.
Okay Let's cook : Bouillabaisse of Walking fish :
All you need is:
- 1 or half kg of Walking fish,
- onion 5/6, green pepper 6/7,
- Ginger paste and cumin paste 2/3 teaspoon,
- onion paste 4/5 teaspoon,
- garlic paste 3/4 teaspoon,
- red pepper powder 1 teaspoon,
- turmeric powder and coriander powder 2/3 of spoon ,
- 5/6 pieces of cinnamon,
- 7/8 pieces of cardamom,
- salt and oil.
How could you make the curry :
First remove the black skin of the walking fish and wash it well by cutting it into pieces of your choice.
Now heat oil in a pan and stir for 4/5 minutes with chopped onion.
Then with half a cup of water, add all the hot spices, powdered spices and bata spices and season with salt for 5/6 minutes.
Once the spices are seasoned, cover the fish pieces with a little water and cover for 10 minutes.
Once the fish is cooked, cover it with half a cup of water on low heat for 10 minutes. Occasionally open the lid and shake it a little.
After 10 minutes, after mixing the spices, gently shake the fish with cumin powder for 4/5 minutes. Then lower and serve hot.
Well now let me show you my favorite vegetable scilicet alu-karla bhaji ( POTATO - GOURD FRYING)
Gourd is great as a vegetable. It is very dear to my house, especially when I fry Potato - Gourd, it is very popular among boys and girls. Oh! Remember - frying Gourd is eaten hot, with hot rice. The food should Cook less and eat fresh , it will really good to eat.
Today I am sharing how to fry POTATO - GOURD
Let's take a look at what materials are needed :
- Gourd - 1 large size
- Potatoes - 2 medium size
- Onion crumbs - 1 tbsp
- Coriander - 1 tablespoon
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/3 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1 pinch
- Oil - 1/2 cup
Now look at the preparation method :
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Then wash the potatoes and gourds and cut them into thin slices, do not grate. You don't have to peel the coriander. Do not wash vegetables after cutting, it spoils the food quality.
Now heat a little oil in a pan. When the oil is slightly hot, stir in the chopped onion and fry the onion. When the onion turns brown, stir in coriander powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and salt one by one and add karla and potato. Shake well a few times and season with spices. At this stage you can give with the lid. The stove will not ignite too much. Shake again after a while. In this way you have to shake it a few times after a while. When shaking, make sure that it is not shaken upside down so that it becomes bitter.
When the gourd is fried, lower it with a little (1 pinch) of sugar and serve. As a result of adding sugar, the color of karla bhaji will remain green after cooking.
