Making delicious vanilla cake

Hi friends,

Today I made a cake for my little loving cousin.
I wish to share with all of you how I made it at home. Many people believe that making cake is a hard task. This is very easy to make simple cake. If you want, you can also try this at your home. I love pastry cake very much. I hope all of you will also like cake.

Ingredients for Cake:

• 2 cups flour
• 4 eggs
• 2 teaspoons baking powder/soda
• 2 teaspoons essence
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups whipped cream
• 1 sponge dark chocolate
• Sugar syrup

Process method:

• Step 1
Take a bowl and bitter or spoon.

• Step 2
Cream together by mixing butter and sugar, then add eggs and beat again until the mixture coming creamy.

• Step 3
Add baking powder, you can also use baking soda. I used baking powder.
Gradually add flour with the mixture. Add some essence. You can use Vanilla, banana or other essence. I used Vanilla essence. Beat this mixture until it become very soft.

• Step 4
Bake the cake mix. Add some oil on pot to prevent sticking of cake. You can also use butter paper. Fill the mixture into the pot. Place it in a stand on a pressure cooker. You can also use steel plate. Cover the pot properly. Bake for 15 minutes.

• Step 5
Decorate with whipped cream and dark chocolate according to your wish. You can use food coloring for add colors for your decoration.

Tips:

For making your cake more perfect, make sure your cake mix is well frothy and soft.
