I want to share you a weekly Photography Contest. Making sweet Jalebi
Here I mention you that in the preparation of Jalebi my contribution is not I am take photo when a special expert man is making Jalebi
My contribution is only photography and show you the skill of men in making sweet dish Jalebi
In Pakistan people like very much
Our Sofi Mela a majority of our people buy Jalebi specially No one can go home without buying Jalebi

• In this picture you see the man is mixing Made Meta soda and some water in a big cup and mixing with hand.

• AFTER MIXING NOW ITS READY FOR MAKING SWEET JALEBI.
• So in this picture you see the ready stuff for cooking jalebi.

• In this picture you see the mixing mal is put a holing cloth.

• After then you can pressing with hand in a hot cooking oil
  In a few mantis he put the cooking jalebi into a ready sweet sugar liquid.

• Here you see the man is drop jalebi into a ready hot sugar liquid.
• And now our JALEBI is ready for use.

• In this picture you see the ready shape and is fully ready for eating.
