Street Food Review || Nehari || Best Street Food.

We all love to eat street food. Friends, when we go out on the street we find some shops selling food on the side of the road. These are called street food. As streetfood, we generally eat porota, singara, chop, nut, mutton etc.

Friends, today I will write with you about a street food which is called Nehari in Bengali.

Food value :

Meat, dowel, green chillies, and spices are commonly used to make nehari.These contain a lot of food ingredients such as

Cholesterol
Fat
Minerals
Vitamins
Protein

The name of the fast food shop from which I was eating is Zahid Bhai's Halim House. This Nehari /Halim is a famous Chatpati shop here. He starts selling halim from eight in the morning and till ten at night he sells halim for about 3000 rupees every day.

The food you see in this picture is called Halim and since it is made from beef bones it is called Nehariya again. Usually Halim is made with mug dal in Nihari.He sells Nehari at different prices.

The bone that has a lot of meat, it is selling for one hundred and fifty rupees.
The one with a medium amount of meat is selling for 120 rupees.
And comparatively, which is holding a little meat , it is selling for 80 rupees.

As mentioned earlier, Nehari is usually cooked with meat and daul. But when it is served, some green chillies are cut on top of it and some coriander leaves are sprinkled with it. Then there is a kind of spice that is put on it and salted.

Cooking materials :

Beef leg
oil
ginger-garlic paste
red chilli powder
salt
hot water
flour
dowel etc.

My cousin and I went to the front of the shop that day and then my cousin told me that this shop sells a lot of beautiful Nihari and I could not resist the greed after listening to Nehari.Then I offered my cousin to eat Nehari. My cousin also said let's eat Nehari. Then we two brothers went to the shop and ate Nehari. That Nehari is actually verয় delicious

Environment :

There is a huge canal just behind the shop you can see. And there is a road in front. The transportation system here is very nice. Moreover, the dust of the road does not enter here as it is quite far from the road. Excellent in the environment here.
