Recipe:😘New recipe today to cook horn fish with eggplant😘

Even then I have cooked a recipe for you so I will share it with you today I hope you like it My recipe today is to cook eggplant with horn fish

Let's start with the recipe today
1.Horn fish

I bought some horn fish from the market I have washed and cleaned them well and presented them in small sizes I put them in a little sister after presenting them ..
2.Eggplant

Then I cleaned the eggplants well with water Then I grind them into small pieces Then I put them in a few small balls
3.Onion+ green pepper

Then I cleaned and chopped the onion and chilli well This recipe will not take much in the form of pickled raw peppers so I have taken a little
4.Dried chilli powder Turmeric powder Coriander powder Cumin powder Salt.

Then I took in a clean little sister coriander powder dried chili powder turmeric powder and
5.Soybean oil

Then I put a cup of rice with chopped onion, chilli powder and salt and they will be a little better.I have made the onion and green chillies light brown

Later I mixed the chilli powder with turmeric powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. The reason is to take it well with light amount of water in the mornings with onion and green chillies The spices go well inside the fish

Then I cleaned the horn fish well and put it in a bowl in small pieces Gave in the spice Because the fish has to be boiled well first As if the spices go well inside the fish If you don't add spices in love, then the recipe is not very white to eat, so first I boiled it well and took it out.

Then I clean the eggplants well and grind them into small balls I kept them and I boiled the fish with them I gave Then I boiled the fish and eggplant together in a good way Then I boiled it for a while more with adequate amount of water and made it like this.
