Today I want to make my entrance exalting my cousins. They live and work in the fields. Its agricultural activity is based on the planting of coffee.

They get up with the crowing of the rooster to carry out their daily chores. Clear the land, plow and cut the bush. The coffee planting requires an optimal soil preparation for the plant to grow and from the coffee flowers the beans will come out that will later serve as a seedbed for new plants. So they will also serve for subsequent marketing. After drying, threshing and grinding.

In this post I will only show photos of the seedbeds and the cleaning of the land since the date of the coffee harvest is for the month of December, since the plant bears fruit annually, therefore, coffee is one of the items more expensive, for the great work involved in working your harvest.
