THE STEEMIT CITY/ COOKING CONTEST WEEK #06/ BANANA CUE FOR OUR SNACK

Hello steemit city!!! Hows your day. Hope you well and fine today. Today i want to show you how i cook banana cue for our snack. Since today is holiday, we staying in our house. Thats why i am cooking for our snack for less cost. I love to cook for my family.

This is what i cook for our snack.

My first costumer, my baby Art. He is waiting until the banana cue is cook.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Kilo Oil
4 kilos Banana
1/4 Brown Sugar

PROCEDURES:

Peel the banana then set aside. Prepare a pan. On a pan put an oil on a high flame. When the oil are heat add the brown sugar and wait when the sugar starts to caramelize put the banana.

Mix well and when the banana are cook put the brown sugar.

Tsaraan its already cook. Our snack are ready to eat.

Bananacue is term used to call fried skewered plantains cooked with brown sugar. This is a staple in the Philippines, and is mostly consumed as a mid-afternoon snack.
