- Shalban Bihar is located at Mainamati in Comilla. Shalban Bihar is one of the oldest monasteries in Bangladesh. This Buddhist monastery is one of the many ancient sites of the Lalmai-Mainamati archeological site in Comilla district. Srivavadev, the fourth king of the Deva dynasty, built this Buddhist monastery from the end of the 7th century to the beginning of the 8th century, and it has a total of 155 rooms.
