A new day of quarantine a new BBQ to enjoy what he have left of our freedom.
To be honest this BBQ has been lighted up few days ago but I got no time to share this before with you guys.
We are fish lovers specially me, and my son, while my wife prefers more strong tastes on the grill.
This time we had salmon, tuna and a small but delicious, and super fresh common bass.
The marination was dry garlic powder, salt, black pepper, dry spices, a bit of chilly powder... Olive oil, and lemon from our tree. For a three hours.
To give extra smoked flavour we added a couple of woods pieces to the normal BBQ bio wood from the super market.
The salmon and the common bass went together because the cooking time were similar.
This is is the final result very nice indeed.
The tuna went alone because it is a very quick procedure in order to grill the external part but leave almost raw the core of the steak.
Amzing indeed!
