Simplified Delegations to @happyme
Get votes roughly 10 times the value of your delegation. (I can vote twice if you exceed my VP.) Those who play the adventure games and delegate have been getting just over 20X their delegation value beyond what the other players get! I try to give as much as I possibly can, but as more people delegate, I'll need to cut back the VP to accommodate the extra daily votes.

I recommend checking the other first because that's where most play, so you can see what others have done. Just copy the move from there to here and get the bigger votes here.
I check both chains and add moves from either chain, so it doesn't matter which you play on. Some people have a preferred chain while others use both. It all gets listed in the spreadsheet and then the games on both chains are updated, so there is flexibility in which chain people prefer.

With a pay-out cut-off set at 2 cents, my 1-cent votes are actually wasted unless someone else adds to them before pay-out day, so most of my votes on Hive are lost. I would prefer if everyone played on Steem so that my votes actually earn them something every time. I'm not seeing the price of Steem nor Hive to be jumping up in Bitcoins lead, so losing hope that my votes on Hive will ever be worth anything on their own. The people making the decisions on Hive should consider the value of most votes and get rid of that 2-cent minimum until such time that Hive votes are worth more than 2 cents. My guess is that 80%- 90% of votes are wasted due to the 2-cent rule. The majority of people cannot give a 2-cent or bigger vote.
