Friends a big greeting, for today I have prepared this delicious dish, very easy to make and it is really a very tasty combination of cauliflower and meat. I hope you enjoy it and do it in your homes to spend a pleasant week with your family.

INGREDIENTS:

250 g of ground meat, 1 small cauliflower, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 small paprika, 1 small onion, 1 chive branch, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup of oil for frying, sesame.

PREPARATION:

Separate the cauliflower and take it to the fire with a cup of water and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes.
Drain, while we finely chop the dressings and add it to the meat, mixing everything very well.
We make the hollow meatball and introduce the piece of cauliflower and close it by squeezing each meatball.
I sprinkled with sesame and fry until golden on both sides.

The result is very tasty, the cauliflower stuffed meatballs are delicious!
