"The Persistence of Memories" is a kind of metaphor of The Persistence of Memory, the painting by Salvador Dalí.
In this artwork/collage I mixed the famous Dalí's painting, "The Persistence of Memory" with a Banksy Mural in Los Angeles, "Girl on Swing", I guess Banksy and the "Girl on Swing" want to "drive" us to memories and an alert urbanization, more parks less parking!
Persistence and resilience are the words!
"The Persistence of Memories" was made in my mobile phone with PicsArt App for Android and is a collage of this two fantastic artworks.
As you can see this is a simple and easy collage, I just throw Dalí's melting clock away and install the Banksy's swing, but what I want to focus is in the message.
