"Supervision is carried out in public places / facilities, social and cultural activities, as well as controlling individuals who do not wear masks, with various sanctions in accordance with Pergub 51/2020. Starting written warning, social work, fines, and sealing. For fines in the form of money we will deposit through the local treasury, "said Head of the Jakarta Provincial Satpol PP, Arifin, on Saturday (25/7).
Furthermore, according to Arifin, this supervision is in an effort to protect all public health from the potential transmission of Covid-19. He also had the collaboration of the community in handling Covid-19.
"We are active in order to ensure that as little as possible the public is exposed to Covid-19. However, we also urgently need the cooperation of the entire community to be orderly and carry out the established rules, so we also do not need to impose sanctions," he said.
