The figure of a female corpse was found in the Subak Sudimara River, Sema Neighborhood, Bitera Village, Gianyar Regency, Bali, on Thursday (13/8) at around 09.00.
Head of Public Relations of the Gianyar Police, Iptu I Ketut Suarnata, conveyed the identity of the victim named Ni Ketut Dani (49) having his address at Jalan Cermai Lingkungan Roban, Bitera Village, G Gianyar, Bali. The victim is single.
"Based on the results of the external post-mortem of the Gianyar Community Health Center 11 medical team, the victim died allegedly as a result of falling over into the Subak Sudimara River on his stomach. So that he inhaled water and without any help from others and caused death. The victim also had abrasions on the temples. right of the victim, "said Iptu Suarnata.
Chronology, the victim initially on Wednesday (12/8) at 14:00 local time it was found out that he was not at home. The family tried to find the victim around the house until 02.30 WITA, Thursday (13/8). However, no victims were found.
At 09.00 WITA at the Subak Sudimara River or west of the Yon Zipur 18 / YKR Official House, Sema Neighborhood, Bitera Village, Gianyar, a witness found that the victim was already under the river, lying on his stomach.
"Then the witness contacted by telephone to convey to the family that the victim had been found (dead)," said Iptu Suarnata.
